Mani Roy
Founder & Owner
Himanshu (Mani) believes building relationships and listening to customers is critical. He founded Blue Bridge to build an organization that values people’s needs and relationships more than technology. Since 2000, Mani has worked to enhance recruiting and talent assessment organizations globally. He intends to improve the Technology recruiting industry in the Mid-West, specifically in Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana. Blue Bridge is building global recruiting models to support US based customers in India. Driving results has always been about understanding human behavior, and Mani feels fortunate to work with like-minded people on the Board of Advisors. Mani is a “tennis and basketball junkie” who spends time arguing about the best NBA players with his two sons, talking to his family and friends about the world’s future, and traveling the world with his wife. He continues to be grateful for the values instilled in him by his parents!

Ariel Acuna

With an impressive track record spanning various industries, including cyber security, health care, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain, he brings a wealth of experience and success. His expertise lies in talent management, coaching, employee engagement, succession planning, HR operations, and recruiting, making him a versatile and well-rounded professional in the field. His ability to effectively manage and nurture talent has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the organizations he’s been associated with. Through a strategic approach and strong interpersonal skills, he has proven himself as a valuable asset in fostering a positive and thriving work environment.
Martin Re, CPA

Martin is an experienced entrepreneur. He brings out the best in his employees by building great organizational cultures, bringing good people together and helping them find their purpose in their chosen profession! Martin has had a long track record of innovating thinking and delivering in the emerging business of psychological counseling. By leveraging his 40 year track record coupled with his knowledge and consumer insights, Lifeway continues to help thousands of people who are suffering from anxiety and depression. Given his previous partnership in a Public Accounting firm, Martin has a sharp eye for the future, coupled with the savvy of sound business practices. He continues to guide businesses in innovation while guaranteeing financial sustainability. Martin brings unbounded energy to build and take action. He started his entrepreneurship journey in grade school. He enjoys sailing, has roots as a professional drummer, sports and reading! Martin is married to Judy and they have 4 delightful children!
Swaroop Aradhya, Ph.D
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Aradhya is a board-certified geneticist and has been involved in research and clinical genomics for the last 25 years. After receiving his Ph.D. from Baylor College of Medicine, he completed his medical genetics training at Stanford University. Swaroop has participated in the international Human Genome Project, contributed to translating research discoveries into clinical testing, and helped characterize several genetic disorders. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics and is currently an adjunct clinical associate professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. Swaroop is currently the Head of Global Medical Affairs at Invitae and continues to pursue his passion to improve global health through genomics. On a personal note, he is also an avid world traveler, an obligatory wine enthusiast as a California resident, and a regular consumer of non-fiction genres.
Tammy Vilaboy

Tammy is an experienced marketer with an extensive background in sales, management and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of TAT2 Marketing Group, she embodies the philosophy of “Big problems don’t require big budgets. They need big ideas.” And she’s got ’em! By helping business owners find their “story” and developing a brand through digital strategy, social media, traditional marketing channels and PR that breaks through the clutter…she found her passion. Over the past 22 years, she has worked as a successful Sales Executive/Trainer within the cosmetic industry and has innovatively navigated the broadcast, print and digital space as a media professional. Her success is fueled by strong relationships and she is known for “her ability to take a vision, maximize it and execute it.” With unparalleled experience in sales, training, management, ideation and implementation she is a perfect fit for the Blue Bridge Advisory Board. She lives in Liberty Township with her husband and teenage daughter and enjoys eating out in Cincinnati, hanging out at Findlay Market and the craft brewery scene.
Chris Kelly
Advisory Board Member
Chris Kelly is an entrepreneur and executive who has been part of the Greater Cincinnati startup community since 1995. He has grown and transacted multiple companies, including retail, healthcare, tech, and waste management. Chris is a strategic thinker who enjoys identifying and building innovative solutions for business challenges that unlock and drive value. He is currently a Senior Director of strategy and healthcare services at CVS Health, and owner of Redbox+ Cincinnati.
Craig Gosdin, MD
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Craig Gosdin is a pediatric hospitalist at www.cincinnatichildrens.org with a diverse training background. His clinical experience includes practice in community and academic settings as well as practice in the office, emergency department and inpatient settings. Dr. Gosdin has held several Leadership positions at Cincinnati Children’s hospital. These include being the initial Medical Director of Inpatient Services for the Liberty Campus with wide ranging responsibilities including development of the inpatient service, collaboration with specialty services to expand service offerings. and helping to lead the Liberty expansion efforts. He also helped lead the use of telemedicine to connect the Burnet and Liberty Campuses to provide services for inpatients. Dr. Gosdin continues to insights in to the strategic and holistic talent acquisition processes in medicine.
Lamar Young

A seasoned, talent acquisition professional with a solid track record of providing high-caliber talent to his clients, Lamar has successfully provided nationwide executive search and corporate recruitment-related services to a number of organizations, large and small, from start-ups to Fortune 25’s. He has successfully recruited hundreds of professionals for positions ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
Throughout his professional career, with an expertise in recruitment strategy planning, Lamar has developed a strong track record of quickly assessing resource needs, and is adept in providing solutions specifically tailored to these needs. His extensive background in business and management has provided him with excellent insight into the organizational needs of his employers and clients.
