Kris Jones
Kris Jones
Kris Jones is a product manager, thought leader, and educator who is passionate about helping others succeed in the tech industry. He has over 10 years of in the tech world as a product manager, product owner, and technical program manager. Kris has worked on various products, from internal tools, and consumer apps to enterprise software. He specializes in building “all in one” software apps for Fintech & Manufacturing companies. Kris is a highly effective and award-winning business professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, organize, and manage people and technology. As the Director of Transformation, Kris is looking forward to empowering our customers through his innovation. In addition to his work in the tech world, Kris is committed to giving back to the community. He is a professor at the University of Cincinnati, teaching Information Systems at the College of Business, and he mentors minority small business owners who are interested in entering the tech industry.

Robert S. Castellini
Robert S. Castellini is a distinguished Leader and philanthropist. We are honored to have him as a Managing Director on our Board of Advisors. Robert S. Castellini is a highly respected figure in Cincinnati, Ohio, renowned for his profound commitment to community engagement and philanthropic endeavors. Through his tireless efforts, he has fostered enduring relationships with local organizations, notably the Cincinnati Zoo, American Red Cross, and Boy Scouts of America. As a valued advisor to Blue Bridge People, we are privileged to have him serve as Managing Director on our esteemed Board of Advisors.
Mr. Castellini holds an MBA from the prestigious Babson Graduate School of Business, which has equipped him to drive strategic philanthropic initiatives. He currently serves on the board of trustees for several influential nonprofits dedicated to enhancing the prosperity of Greater Cincinnati, including: The Cincinnati Sports Mall, The Anthony Munoz Foundation & Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens. He is currently on the Cincinnati Nature Center Board and was formerly on the Cincinnati Zoo and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park Board. Beyond his philanthropic pursuits, Mr. Castellini is a limited partner of the Cincinnati Reds, underscoring his passion for professional sports.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Castellini enjoys a diverse range of interests, including, Attending Broadway theater production, exploring the great outdoors through nature hikes and alpine skiing and Acapella singing

Dr. Swaroop Aradhya
Dr. Swaroop Aradhya
Dr. Swaroop Aradhya has had a long tenure in clinical genomics with deep experience in building effective global medical affairs teams, advancing laboratory practices in genomics, innovating ways to integrate genomics into routine healthcare, and publishing impactful scientific research. He has served in leadership roles at three globally prominent providers of clinical genomics technologies and services and his teams have conducted clinical studies to promote adoption of genomics in healthcare, reimbursement by third-party payers, and advances in clinical guidelines. He is currently the Global Head of Medical Affairs at Illumina and a Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Swaroop is passionate about equitably expanding genomics in medicine by leveraging innovations in sequencing technologies, improving evidence-based clinical practice standards, enhancing paths to therapies for genetic disease, and empowering individuals to access and use genetic information. With expert understanding of genomic medicine in many countries, he grasps the critical relevance of diverse stakeholders in the medical genetics’ ecosystem and the importance of expanding genomics across all clinical specialties.
He was influential in helping Blue Bridge People as a startup organization and we are honored to have his continues presence on our Board of Advisors.
